3.1 Subscription Requirement: MobileScreen is a strictly subscription-based service. All core features, including but not limited to screenshot generation, AI enhancement, and project management, are gated and accessible only to users with an active, paid subscription.

3.2 Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fee.

3.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

4. User Rights and Content

4.1 Your Content: You retain full ownership of the screenshots and images you upload ("User Content"). We do not claim ownership rights over your original app screenshots.

4.2 Generated Assets: You own the rights to the final marketing assets generated using the Service. You are free to use these assets for your commercial App Store and Play Store listings without attribution.

4.3 License to MobileScreen: By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and modify your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., generating the final images).

5. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the MobileScreen platform itself. You must not use the Service to process illegal or offensive content. We reserve the right to terminate access for any user violating these restrictions.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. While we strive for high uptime and quality, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileScreen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
